For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:

Winodress: The legal entity operating under the brand name « Winodress. »
Consumer: Any natural person acting for purposes not related to trade, business, or professional activity.
Agreement: A remote purchase agreement concluded between Winodress and the Consumer through our website.
Cooling-off Period: A 30-day window after receiving your order during which you can cancel your purchase.
Right of Withdrawal: The Consumer’s legal right to cancel the Agreement within the Cooling-off Period.
Refund: Payment returned to the Consumer after a valid return, minus any applicable return shipping costs.

These Terms apply to all offers, transactions, and agreements made via the Winodress website (winodress.com) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All products are described clearly and as accurately as possible. Pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

The purchase contract is finalized when your order is confirmed. You will receive an electronic confirmation via email immediately after placing your order.
Winodress reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to payment issues, stock availability, or suspected fraud.

Consumers may cancel their order within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please complete the online return request or contact our customer service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Consumer unless otherwise stated.
Winodress will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product, excluding shipping costs.

During this period, you may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Any use beyond this inspection may result in a deduction from your refund.

Custom-made or personalized garments (e.g. tailored caftans, embroidered names) are not eligible for return or exchange.

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping and administrative costs are shown at checkout.

All Winodress items meet high quality standards and are crafted with care. Ownership of goods passes to the customer only after full payment.

We aim to ship all orders within 2–5 business days. If a delay occurs, you will be informed promptly. Delivery is subject to product availability.
Please ensure your address and contact information are accurate at the time of ordering.
